Default car wont start... mpfi converted

i have a 91 civc hatch and just did the mpfi conversion and the car wont start. I kno my wiring is correct ive checked several time plus im getting fuel and spark .

i dont have the idle control solenoid in and its just a hole there in the manifold
oh its an a6 manifold by the way. i think the problem is i dont have all my hoses hooked up right on the mainifold. what that little black box thing above the oil filter called cuz the hose that comes out of that and plugs into the maniifold is unhooked because idk where it goes. on the dpfi it came between the the manifold and pluged in on top so where does it go?

oh and also where does the hose coming from this go into?

Ok first the hose on the right goes under your throttle body and the one with the arrow is the water bypass hose and it goes to the smallest (last) hose on the thermostat housing. And if your trying to start it without that hooked up (and possibly hoses going the wrong route) your going to have a huuuuge vac. leak/leaks and possibly hydrolock your engine. Trust me I made a stupid mistake on my dpfi 2 mpfi and I locked up my d15 because I didnt hook up my lines right. So fix your vac. leaks then if everything else is right it should fire up.

Oil? Are you sure you dont mean coolant? No hoses contain oil, so if you lost your oil that is really not so good.

Where is the oil coming from? I dont see how it could come from the intake mani (like FSRslug said), the only place I could see is under the dizzy but...

How did you install the manifold? You said you cant get to the bottom bolt without taking the head off. Did you take the head off to install the manifold? Did you do an oil change at the same time? Maybe the old filters rubber gasket got left on the block and you doubled up on it, or the drain plug didn't get tightened?

Jack the car up and look for the oil on the block.
