Best tires for the buck
Falken Azenis, no question about it!
Although, living in Jersey, it's not the best tire when there is a lot of standing water and when the snow comes around.
For California, it's the best tire year-round
(former jersey-boy here)
My 2nd choice would be the Kumho Ecsta Supra 712 Z-rated tire. This tire performs well in the rain as well.
HTH!

and why dont you look around this site first before you post a question that NOT A SINGLE person can answer correctly cause you gave very broad outlines of what are you looking for
u guna drive in snow?
auto-x?
does it rain alot where you live?
u want cheap tire that lost long, or nice tire that doesnt last long but is better?
how big of wheels?

those Azenis tires are pretty good... i just got some for "competition" purposes. i also got me some kumho 712s for daily drivin.. since they dont wear out as fast as the azenis.

I like Bridgestone Potenza S-03 Pole Position and Dunlop SP9000's.. but those aren't really low priced/bang for your buck..
for best bang for the buck I'd look into Falken Azenis...

i'm not saying the azenis isn't good.
i'm just saying that it rains alot more in jersey than socal.
the so3 is a far superior tire in the rain.
dry traction is excellent for both.
