Icon6 need help car died pulling hair out

ok hears my situation i went out for work this mornin and i start my car its 30 degrees outside and it starts just fine idles for about 1 min then boggs down and smoke comes out exuast then wont stay runnin and sounds like a subaru didnt drop a valve cuz everythins perfect under the valve cover.

i thought it was electrical but in ectune all sesors read proporly no goof ups had a simalar issue b4 with map sensor wireing but alll systems were good no cel.
i was running mostly water but i didnt think of it cuz i was gonna change it out after work so i dont know if anythin froze.

but my car has had eratic over heating or it overheats or it dont. well after hours of trouble shooting i fill cyl 3 and 4 with air and when i do that the coolant starts flowwing out the top of rad and a head gasket leak was found.

my question did somthin crack or did my head gasket just take a dump. my motor is b16a ,arp head bolts, ctr cams ,ctr pistons ,supertech valve springs type r retaners ,tri y header and bunch of other bolt ons its fully rebuilt fresh everything.

im hoping if somone could give me there opinion cuz i need my car by monday. ill post pics of the head off tomarrow. sorry for my bad spelling and grammer im really tired.

no need to resurface on head or block both decks were checked and it was perfect. I've had the motor for 2 years on the fresh rebuild and dosent burn or consume any oil. Yeah the arp studs were tq to 85 what the sheet from arp says. And the head gasket was ebay didn't think nothin of it at the time.

head gasket might have been made of cheap material and not have been good quality which resulted in failure.. A head gasket is one thing I wouldn't skimp on well anything on the engine I always use oem Honda head gaskets.
