If you blew a head gasket, Would it
Ok i blew a head gasket about a week ago, i replaced and still the was no presure in my coolant hoses, so we figured i put it on wrong, so a friend changed the head gasket and put a new head on it also becasue the last one had a slight crack in it, so i figure its all good now..... WRONG
I started the car and it ran and idled fine, but i pulled the valve cover and the was water all over the valve cover again, and the hoses arent presurizing again.. but im theowing CEL 6 Ect sensor.. i also changed oil and filter,, but can water still be mixed with the old oil that was in the block causing it too put water on valve cover again???
Please help

You change your head gasket and theres no pressure in your coolant hoses?
How do you know this?
And you have water on your valve cover?
On the inside? So there is coolant in your head?
Dude you got some serious problems!

Yea changed head gasket twice in last 4 days,, the hoses arent getting hard at all and my raditor is staying full of raditor fluid...
Yea theres coolant inside my head on the bottom of the valve cover, when i changed the oil it was milky the first time but after puttin the new head gasket on there i havent changed the oil yet.. so im just wondering if water could have stayed in the block from before when i blew the first head gasket!!!!
What u guys think!!!

Mine doesn't stay hard all the time. Only when a hot girl comes up and plays with it.
But seriouly I don't think my hose is hard I can usually squezze it. Did you take the car for a drive and see if your temp guage goes up? Do you see coolant leaking out or smell it burning off?
