ok i have a eg hatch with a b16a. the motor was just rebuilt. we put the motor in and it seems like i have no fuel pressure or something weird. it would sound like 2step when i was at about 5000 rpm. it would only do it under load though. I thought it was the fuel pump so i changed it with one i knew was good. And now its not even drivable. like it starts fine but if i give it any more than 1/4 throttle it drops idle by itself even if i keep my foot on the gas. almost like a fuel cutoff. I put the pump in exactly how i took it out. One washer on top and one on bottom.It has a brand new fuel filter and brand new spark plugs. We took the plugs out and there is signs of detonation. (lack of fuel). But i dont know why there is a lack. I cant even go over 20mph. it just starts to die out. One person told me to change the oil but i doubt thats it. It has a chipped p28. Could the computer be bad?, it doesnt smell burnt please help thanks.
