Default New DPFI to MPFI problems

Hey I know I'm annoying the **** out of ya'll but I have a new problem. My cars finally idling right (or was) when it stays cranked. cleaned the injectors and replaced the spark plugs, and it fixed the misfiring. But now I have a code 4 (crank positioning) and code 5 (MAP) for no apearant reason. also wants to cut off and when you go to start it, it turns over but imediatly cuts off. It takes a little while to want to start too. any help would be much aprecciated! Thanks in advance!

Code 4, flip the white wires on the distributor.

If that doesn't work Distributor is bad because IIRC the sensor is pressed into the distributor shaft.

well if the white wires are switched, the car won't turn on at all. I believe it's something with my ignition timing. the code four was a problem before, but I did some adjusting to the dizzy and it went away. I replaced the plugs and boom. code 4 is back with MAP. I had both of these before, did my timing myself (badly) and it all worked fine for a little while, although it ran like **** due to the fouled plugs and dirty injectors. I cleaned the injectors while I was under there too, btw. the weird thing is, it like turns over once, then just immediatly dies again. i don't get it.
