oes something plug here or an i going crazy for nothing
the part that attaches to the steering wheel collumn is there supposed to be something that plugs into it?

Im wondering what that black box is too. I parted out a 91 sedan and it had that but my 89 sedan doesnt. maybe something to do with auto seatbelts or something? Do u have cruise control?
