Blizzak ws-70 winter tires
Has anyone driven on these tires yet on ice or snow?? i live in manitoba Canada and we get lots of snow and are often driving on ice as well. Also where is the best place to buy these? tire rack only has the ws-60 and discount tire doesn't carry Blizzaks :s
Thanks
Thanks
I've run the Blizzak WS-50 on my Civic since about 2003 and it is hands down the grippiest and best tire I trust on my wheels in winter. Many winters were spent in the Yukon so this is no winter slouch conditions. Now, have they improved the design with the 60 and 70? I can only presume so. 5 stars in my book.
EDIT: Looks like the 70 doesn't come in anything less than a 15-in.... in fact, Bridgestone seems to have got out of the whole under 15-in game almost completely?

And while the WS-70 isn't available for wheels under 15" diameter, there are plenty of other excellent winter tires in smaller diameters, including the Blizzak WS-60, Michelin X-Ice Xi2, and Continental ExtremeWinterContact.
Thanks !! i don't know why i couldn't find them earlier on tire rack :s but thanks for the link, i also found them on a called tirebuyer.com which offers free shipping :D
