Default Removing emblem adhesive

Took my old emblem off, and I have the adhesive on the front bumper.

What's the best way to remove it without harming the paint?

Thanks!~

I'd use a heat gun. But be careful with that because it takes a while to heat up but once it does it can get really hot. Or if you have a propane or oxy/acetylene torch. But ya I'm sure you won't overheat but if you do you wont just harm the finish but you might **** up the molecular structure of the metal underneath and weaken it or you might shrink it and cause oil can effect.

Adhesive remover. You can find it at Autozone for a couple bucks.

When the adhesive is really hard sometimes I'll use brake cleaner (not fluid) to get it off fast and then rinse the area and wax it.
