Need suggestions: Starting car after warmed up M&W, 1D1000
Guys I have an issue, Car is running great no problem at all with the M&W pro-10 kit & ID1000's. The only issue i have which is more of an annoyance is the car will not start right up after it has been warmed up and running for a while. If i start the car when its cold and it has not been run for a while it fires right up after a few cranks. But if the car has been running and is warmed up i can't ever get it to fire right up, i have to crank it for a two to three seconds then back out for a 1 second and crank it again and it will fire right up. I've checked the tune(Shawn Church) on S300 and nothing sticks out that would make me raise an eyebrow although im fairly new to S300 software. The only thing i can think of is maybe once its warmed up and i crank it, it floods it with too much fuel and over takes the spark of the M&W (NGK gapped to 0.020)? If you have any ideas or suggestions please let me know so i can try them.
Thanks

I'll have to check that when i get home and get back to you.
On a side note I emailed Tony @ T1 and found some interesting info, it turns out that a small batch of the ID1000's have a small leak; "Very small, like a drip every couple minutes. Not enough to do anything except cause starting problems on hot starts." Long story short Tony is sending me a new set of injectors so I'm hoping that will solve the issue. Gotta give Tony a big thanks for the great customer service.

It looks like the table is unchanged so ill reduce it if the new injectors don't solve the problem

Try a value of 30 through 50 then try a negative value of lets say -20 or -40
Like I said, you will likely need a positive value.
Your best bet in a situation like this from here on out is to contact your tuner to begin with. You paid your tuner for a service, he should provide you with a solution to such an issue as the one you are experiencing.
Thanks i have contacted them and waiting for a response. Now in terms of increasing fuel trim would that not cause more flooding? i would think it would need to be reduced? I'm still learning the S300 but a positive value increases dwell time correct?
I have tuned a lot of cars on hondata s300 with ID 1000cc injectors & they all crank up like stock.

I'll give it a go after i get the injectors back, but if Tony is right as i suspected it is getting too much fuel at start up after it has been warmed up. Thanks for your input.
I would like to thank John @ Phearable.net for his suggestions as that seems to have solved the problem so far.
Cheers
