Default 85.5mm Bore, 85.5x89, power? DD? Input?

recently picked up a sleeved block and found out I would have to bore it out to 85.5mm

RS Machine sleeves
Eagle rods
OEM bearings
Stock crank
Balanced rotating assembly

Ported b16 head
Supertech valvetrain
JUN3 camshafts
VictorX Mani
70mm TB
Hytech REP.

I was wondering if I would be able to daily drive this setup?
Should I swap the JUNs out for Pro2, 3s?
What pistons do you guys recommend for a daily driven, pump gas setup?

Was thinking that maybe this setup can make around 240ish, any inputs?

depending on the port work, compression ratio, and tune i'd say 225-240.\

as far as daily driving, it depends mostly on the tune. also your driving style
this motor will probably make most of its power up top, for a daily i prefer something with low end tq so you dont have to rev the snot out of it to really move, but at 85.5X89 you'll probably have enough low end anyways.

for pistons, it depends on your budget, but i would stick to around 11-12:1 compression. a lot of people will probably say that is not enough compression for those cams. IMO the extra ~10 hp you'll gain from adding another point of compression just isn't worth it for something thats going to get a lot of use. and if you get adjustable cam gears and dial the cams in you can compensate for the extra overlap.

I've never built a setup like this, but from what I have read, 85mm and up is a bit risky for a daily, not much room to seal the headgasket between the bores. Also for a street car, I'd stay in the 11-11.5 compression.

No one will know what EXACT power you will make. I hate these "guess my power" type threads. But ill help ya out. check this link out.

It's more of a concern in a boosted application.

This is not one of those "guess my power" thread. It's my first sleeved, bored setup and I just wanted to hear everyones input. Besides, i've looked through MOST of the big bore all motor threads so I have an idea of what Im wanting, but im not sure on the pistons mostly.

And guys, any SPECIFIC brands on pistons?
Also I've seen some guys make AWESOME power with the jun3 cams, but i've read that the primaries aren't as aggresive as the PRo2's and the JUNs are a bit outdated. You guys think it's worth the cam swap?

What are your inputs on all motor apps? And spray?

It's fine, if you use ARP head studs and properly torque everything down and use some of that copper seal spray for good measure. Keep the spray in proper proportion to the build (comp ratio, pistons and rods used) and use a decent tuning system with someone that knows how to tune something like your setup.
