Default dizzy problems

i have a 95 accord lx swapped out with an f22b1 vtec out of a 96 accord, i had some problems with it and wasnt starting, so i got a obd2 dizzy for it along wit a poa ecu, sense all the wiring for the ignition coil is there but the new dizzy i got already has an ignition coil in it would tht make difference. also when i lined up the spark plugs correctly with the dizzy it cranked over two times and lost all power, which im guessing is due cuz i didnt push the dizzy in all the way sense it leaves a small little gap but i dont think tht should make a difference sense all the screws are perfectly alined. any advice what i should do....

Do you have the CKP & TDC sensors hooked up from down on the oil pump housing? The OBD2 distributor doesn't have those sensors in it like the OBD1 distributor does.

And the small little gap could be becuase the distributor shaft key is off 180° to the camshaft.
