its been like 3 months since i started doing the mini me swap. i have everything wired up.the p28 ecu hooked up with the jumper.the injectors wired up.distributer wired up. EVERYTHING!

anyone got any ideas as to why the car wont start?

 

start by diagnosing the problem, do you have any spark? are you getting fuel? figure those things out and then I can help you.

 

double check your timing as well

 

does it crank ? give us more details and we can help u better bro

 

i am gettin fuel,spark and compression.
it cranks but wont turn over. and we've done timing twice jus to make sure.

 

injector wires mixed up? plug wires mixed up?

 

also if it has any codes like code 4 for the crank position sensor it might not run.

 

nah i got the injector wires right. i kno that much.
ima have to look into that code thing tho. but im 100% sure the dizzy is wired right also.

would be better just to take to shop an have them figure it out?

 

just throwing this in there i have a bad injector and it tends to not wanna start up so in coulld possibly be your injectors.

 

u should test ur inj wiring agian with a test light. when u crank it the test light should turn on and off in a rythmic pattern, if it just stays on there is a prob with ur inj wiring. also take ur dizzy out then thun the rotor 180 degrees then install it and try agian

or just hold the gas pedal all the way down when cranking it. that worked 4 me numerous times sounds dumb but it worked
