Default crx d16z6 turbo help

i have a 90 crx si with a d16z6 swap t4oe turbo, 525cc injectors , any way i have a chiped ecu thats base maped for 525 injectors . when i cold start the car it wount idle till it gets warm. my air fuel says dead ritch. then ounce it gets warm and i try to drive it when it comes off boost and i push the clutch in it shuts off. is my problem all in the tune??or somethin else

sounds like its the tune. any check engine light? if so code them out and go from there. is it obd1 converted or still obdo?

ther car is a obd1 swap. and no it usually dosnt set the cel . except on the way home yesterday it did . was a solid cel

Fix the cel. Tune the car. You shouldn't even be driving around or building boost on the basemap.

Basemaps are for starting a turbo car and driving to a tuner. At least get it street tuned. If you have a wideband you're good to go. What EMS are you running?

You can set base timing with a timing light and then retard it under boost with any good EMS...

ya i know this but saying if you have a wideband your good to go doesn't let him know that he needs to set base timing and worry about his ign timing...
