built sohc turbo or stock gsr
Really?
Give us more info about what the car is going to be used for...
If you are on a budget and have a sohc already in there.
Turbo is your best bang for the bucks.
If you just want something that pulls and aim for 200WHP+ using stock internals. Aim for the GSR.
Which will have more HP?
Depends how well the motor/money spent/tune that you already have or going to make happen.

That would depend on what you want it for? A built SOHC turbo will walk on a GSR any day. Infact you can walk on stock GSR's and bolt on GSR's all day with just a turbo on your stock SOHC. You can make 200WHP easy, which is something that bolt on GSR's cant make. If you build it, it will cost about as much as a GSR swap, but you can do 400+WHP.
