im just wondering how to adjust my idle lower because i was having idle issues but changed my iacv and now its idleing fine and smooth but at 1.5 - 2k can anyone show me a writeup or how to adjust it?

I have a b18b1 in a 98 civic hx just wondering if there's any way to adjust it . If I unplug the iacv it idles perfect so I'm thinkin its bad?
