Default B18b swapped 92 hatch with CEL codes 10, 21, & 41 and also low mpg

so i just bought a b18b swaped 92 vx hatch and it idles like crap and running rich as all hell...i drove for an hour and used half tank of gas...it has check engine light on so i jumped the plug by the ECU and pulled the codes
21= VTEC spool solenoid valve
41= primary oxygen sensor
10= IAT intake air temperature sensor

would fixing 41 and 10 fix my crappy idle and excessive fuel consumption?
and why am i getting a code 21 when its not VTEC?

any help would be greatly apprecieated

thanks

Codes 10 and 41 would generally increase fuel consumption. Are those two sensors plugged in and properly pinned to the ECU?

It addition to what Ron said you might want to see what ECU you have in there. And what was used for an O2 sensor.

You could also use an OBD1 PR4 ('92 - '93 Integra RS/LS/GS ECU)
