96 civic ex non vtec swap question
I have a 96 civic ex it originally came with a d16y8 but a bearing went out in the block. Now the car has a d16y7 non vtec in it and I was wondering if there was anything you have to do to put my vtec head back on the y7 block it still has the stock harness and ecu as well any posts will be much appreciated. Thank you

So the stock harness as in the EX harness and EX ECU? Yeah the head will bolt right on you just need to remove the oil jet from the Y7 block:
