Default Stalling & starting problems: Ignition? Relay? Fuel pump?

i have a 93 civic hatchback, heres how it is, it started Friday, within those 2 days, it has been below 30 degrees and above 50, raining and sunshine(thats new york for you) anyway

my car while driving runs perfect, come to find out when i go over a bump my car shuts off, i then took it to my brother after it did it several times in one day, now when i try to start it, in position II "on", sometimes i do not hear the fuel pump(prime) my lights, radio, etc doesnt turn on or anything, but if i put it halfway from II -> start, it does. try to start it, it fires up but instantly dies we first thought it was my battery terminals because my battery is brand new, replaced those, fuses are good, then we thought it was the relay, we tried 3 different relays, it would be odd if 3 different relays are all broken, so my symptoms are
  1. Ignition position II not being the "prime/on" position so when i start it and the key clicks back to position II, it shuts off( happens 75% of the time i get lucky sometimes)
  2. relay needs to be sadered
  3. fuel pump?

Please help, im moving out in 4 days going from a 5 min drive to work to 20, and will need this car.

sadered the relay, started fine, he drove it back to my house, stoping and going over bumps frequently, didnt shutoff. this morning to goto work, i tried starting, i start it turns over, and instantly dies, so i let it prime first, and then it started, drove a couple blocks, it died at a stop sign(kinda on a hill too), waited a couple seconds, let it prime, started, went to work. i dont understand, this is driving me insane

Update: Its my ignition switch, half way in between position II & cranking it, is considered the real "on" position, so when i start it and it kicks back to position II, it shuts off, so my question is, is that the wiring? or the switch itself.
