my temp is always there butnow it start to grow up a little to the meddle then go back to normal, this happen every 5 minutes so so, when iam driving at 50mpg on 5th gear it stay normal and when i am stoped too, only occours sometimes when i am getting out, what cause this thermostat?

 

Start by topping off the radiator with coolant and then bleeding the cooling system.
