honda ecu question
im running an obd1 gsr with a skunk2 intake manifold and itr tb, toda cam gears, aftermarket fpr, 255 walbro, 310cc injectors, lightweight flywheel, and a b16 tranny with i/h/e
im wanting to get the most power i can out of this setup
i have a chipped and socketed p28 set up for a jdm d15b, its what ive had to use, and it sucks
redline is at 7600..
ive heard that i should get it re map'd for a gsr, however ive also heard i should run a p13 (h22 ecu)
i have a chipped p72 as well, but it throws knock sensor and o2 codes
my question mainly is
should i run the p28 after a re map
the p72
or an h22 ecu
i plan on getting dyno tuned eventually, but for now, just a chip and socketed ecu
ive been told with this setup, i should have vtec engage at 5200, 2 step at 3800, shift light at 8300, and redline at 8500
all positive feedback is very appreciated
thanks!

^^^ Best advice. You GSR engine no longer has the IAB's in the manifold since you installed the Sk2 manifold so you don't need a P72 or P13. The D15B maps are VERY wrong for this engine. Either buy a basemap for your setup and install it into your chipped P28, or have it tuned and a chip programmed from the tune loaded into your ECU. Sell your P72 ECU to recover funds spent on tuning and be done.
thanks yall!
id go with a phearable chip, but i dont wanna wait, any reviews on neal sutton, fully built, or proven powers chipping?
the reason i was asking about the h22, is because thiers someone in my area running an itr i believe, with a h22 ecu, and when he uses the h22 ecu, his car ***** on everything
including, an h22 eg hatch that easily beats k series
the "itr" is oem parts, no high comp pistons or aftermarket internals, etc, and its in a heavy *** coupe..
