both oil light & check engine light up when decelerating ?

both oil light & check engine light up when decelerating ?
hey guys
sometimes when i decelerate heavily (in gear, zero throttle, down hill) both the oil and engine lights come on the dash. If i flick the key off and back on, they disappear. What do these lights mean? Engine runs great.
It is a obd1 motor running off a obd0 computer if that makes any difference.

If you don't have enough oil in the oil pan, the oil light could come on when you're turning/accelerating/deccelrating heavily. Just a possibility.
