Getting some 16" Rota Torques, what size tire should I run?
Can you guys suggest me a good tire size for them? The wheels are 16x7 and I'm not sure what size to go with. I think the factory stock size is 23" tall correct? I was thinking 205/45/15?
Oh yea the car is a 97 Integra LS.
Love this car!

If you are trying to slam your car then 205/40/16 would be your best choice. If not then stick with 205/45/16.
I'm going to lower it some, but it is a daily driver so I was thinking along the lines of H&R Sports with Tokico Illumina's.

205/45-16 is the preferred size for Integras with 16" wheels. Some people will go 215/40-16 or 225/40-16, though, if they need/want wider tread.
Boosted I don't want to dump alot of money in the suspension. I won't race it and I'd rather put that saved money towards the turbo kit.
Don't use undersized tires to lower your car. That's just a bad idea all around. If you want to lower your car, do it with the suspension (springs and/or shocks) and not by getting tires that are too small.
The best 16" tire sizes for an Integra are 205/45-16 and 215/45-16. 205/45-16 is a closer match than 215/45-16 for the LS, GS, and RS cars that came from the factory with 195/60-14 tires. On a GS-R, ITR, or SE, both are within 1 percent of the stock outer diameter. Either size, 205/45-16 or 215/45-16, can be mounted on 16x7 wheels.
Bottom line, for your car I recommend 205/45-16.
Quick tire recommendations in 205/45-16:
If you need to use these tires in occasional snow or bitter cold during the winter, as well as in warmer weather the rest of the year, you need all-season tires. I recommend the Kumho Ecsta ASX.
Otherwise, i.e. if it doesn't snow where you live or you have other tires or another vehicle for winter conditions, you can use summer tires. If you want a longer-lasting (25-40K miles) good-performing summer tire, get the Yokohama S.drive. If you want the stickiest summer street tire you can get, and you don't mind paying a lot more for a tire that won't last as long (15-20K miles), get the Bridgestone Potenza RE-11 or Toyo Proxes R1R.
I think you mean 205/45-16. It would be difficult to mount 205/45-15 on a 16-inch rim.
