Default low altitude tune in a high altitude place

i need to find out what are the downsides of having my car tuned in a low altitude place and then ran in AZ. not trying to race just daily drive. i have a boosted b18c and will be running about 20 psi on 87 octane since the west coast does not have 93. i dont know where any good tuners are here in AZ. what should i do in north carolina to compensate for the thin air here?
