Default b20, b16 head, y1 tranny, air research turbo

i just put together my build i have about 1100 miles on the build and about 100 miles on turbo set up. what would be a good route to go w. tuning. Its a big question for me because i live in central IL. So therefore, i will have to drive to St. Louis or Chicago. Also whats a good route for the ECU. I converted to OBD1. Surprisingly it revs to about 1300 when warming up and back down to 800 after a couple mins.. And it is untuned..

My friend got his turbo b16 tuned at iLL Garage, total tune was like ~$350, but he ended up buying injectors and a fuel pump there to so it ended up costing him more than that. They seem like a good place though, very knowledgeable and friendly. I'd recommend them to anyone.
