Default Overheating h23

So far cooling hose blew. one connected to the oil filter. fixed that. overheated again. put in new thermostat. seemed fine the fans seemed alright turning on and stuff. then over heated again.. sensor seems to be working fine that connects to the thermostat (i completed the ground). but the fans now arnt turning on and its overheating. even when i turn ac fans wont click.

So far this is what im thinking i haven't had time to check though. it seems like the house that goes from the bottom of the radiator to the thermostat is not filling up? seems empty when i squeeze on it and it also does not even seem a tad bit warm. Im thinking radiator might be my problem...?

Any solution's people?
