Your OEM studs are short? I dont think skunk2 ships out studs with their IM. I've always used my OEM studs on any IM.

nvr said skunk2 shipped out studs. some oem studs only allow the nut to grab a few threads not enough in my opinion when i have solid mounts, i want things right. i am also using a hondata gasket thats is thicker than oem

You can use ARP stainless studs that are longer than OEM.

the only reason you are having issues with the length of the studs is because of the hondata intake gasket. if you were using a stock gasket there wouldnt be a issue. if you are looking for a easy solution you can use the studs that the throttle body mount with on the intake manifold. they are longer and work perfect. so go to the junk yard and grab some. hope this helps

I bought some longer studs for my header from Advanced or Auto zone. I,m not sure if the intake is the same as exhaust.

Yes both intake and exhaust use the same studs. They can be found at almost any hardware store. M8x1.25 and get them around 50mm since factory is 37mm. Mine were in a drawer labeled automotive studs and were $2.60 each. Advance Auto also sells them in a pack of 10 or 12 for $13. I just had to get some the other day for my blox manifold.
