D16a6 pg6 pistons
Okay so I spun a rod bearing in my a6, so I'm thinking new crank already have new rods and can get a crank easily but I was wondering, I never bought anything off eBay but this seems like. Good *** deal I was also wondering if I use 76mm pg6s if I'll have to modify my head in anyway? The head is completly stock I was reading that I'll have to modify the combustion chamber cuz the pistons sit so hi?

http://www.perfectengine.com/Default.asp Has good prices on slugs and other engine components. From what I know the small valve reliefs are the biggest issue with the pg6's. But if you are running a mild street/strip cam and aren't milling the crap out of the head you should be alright. They are a good way to bump up compression without using the huge domed pm7's.
he hit it on the head. they fit the stock head setup only if ur not milling the head. but just to be safe clay and measure the head and valve reliefs. then tune when ur all done
good luck
good luck
thanks for the info i never could find a straight answer everyone i found using them was just using a6 block with a z6 head or a y8 head anyways just tore down the block heres some pics of the damage really not bad no marks on the bottoms of the cylinders from the knock nothing really just sacrificed the crank, oh well anyways
