Ok so i have a 2001 gsr that im ging after a turbo build. I was wondering which part combos would be best. power goals are to break 500 whp.

The car was supercharged for a season, and the piston rings blew on cylinder 2 and 4. The motor was 9 years old and i used stock internals for it..

I was thinking about going with a dart racing block, but i've heard that some extra machine work needs to be done.

Ive also heard about Laskey/Benson. and ERL Performance.

I was thinking about doing 9:1 cp ratio, with a 81.5 mm bore with cp pistons ACL race bearings, sleeved block, precision sc6262 turbo with tial waste gate and tial bov.

i till havent decided on what to do with the head. I do know that i want the head to get ported and polished. Just not sure on what cams, valves, retainers, springs to use. Any suggestions?
