I want to run GSR 10.2:1 compression pistons on an LS block with LS rods and crank, however I also want to run high lift cams. Based on the calculations the B18B block has a lower deck height then the B18C1 block, how will this affect the maximum lift cam that can be used on factory GSR pistons, and does anyone know what the maximum lift cam that can be used on GSR pistons is?
