Default Wiring harness plugs

Curious if anybody can figure out where these plugs go? I know they are not the best pictures, but they're located on the right side of the IM. (I've already connected the two green plugs)

This is a GSR wiring harness, I believe to be OBD2 converted to OBD1.

I have all the other plugs all plugged in, these two are just two random ones that I cannot find, whether it be because its underneath the intake manifold or something weird.

I am assuming these have a impact on the car because the car wont prime or throw any cel's right now, everything else works just fine. IE, headlights, dom lights, cluster etc. I will try to get a better picture today when I get out of class.

ok top looks like CKF sensor. If the motor is OBD1 it won't have this by the crank pulley. What car, motor, and what year? The only 3 plug connectors that I know of that look like that are the vehicle speed sensor located on the transmission. What color are the wires?

Here are a few pictures that are bigger. It almost seems like as if maybe I don't have a plug from the ecu in right. The car won't prime(fuel) cel(check engine light) or crank over(obviously). I am literally stunned as what isn't right here.

Here are the plugs with the wires;

Looks like the CFK plug and maybe a evap plug. I'll look when I get home. I can't remember if Gsr had a plug for secondaries.

Yeah, I am going to take a full picture today after class. I think the one of them are from the CFK plug, but I can't find anything that the plug plugs into. This is kind of a long shot, I'll probably get under the car today and look more in depth.

So I looked everywhere in side the engine bay, I don't think any of these plugs go into anything? But still can't figure out the priming / ecu issues. Pulled the case off the ecu and everything is fine, checked the fuses in the engine bay and they're all good too.

OK it's some kind of swap, MM&Y of car, the engine that is in it and the engine harness used would help a lot.

You said the fuel pump does not prime and engine does not crank "crank over" does that mean engine will not turn over, [crank] or does it mean engine turns over/cranks but does not fire/start?

There are some easy tests you can do the narrow down what the fuel pump problem is, turn ign. switch to run, [not start] you should hear two (2) "clicks" from the PGM-FI Main Relay, the clicks are very close together so it may sound like on click, first click is the injector relay turning on the second click is the fuel pump relay turning on, [holding the relay in your hand will make it easier to "feel" the clicks, at the same time as the clicks from the relay the CEL will turn on and the fuel pump should prime for a few sec. a 3rd click will be heard from the PGM-FI Main Relay, [fuel pump relay turning off] and at the same time the CEL will turn off.

There are three (3) power leads going to the PGM-FI Main Relay...
A 12V+ constant, [hot at all times].
A 12V+ switched, [hot in run and start].
A 12V+ start. [hot during crank to start only]

There are two (2) power lead outputs
A 12V+ switched, [hot in run and start, fuel injector relays output].
A 12V+ switched, [controled by the ECU/ECM, ground signal].

Problems with the PGM-FI Main Relay are common and are normaly easy to fix... http://www.tegger.com/hondafaq/mainrelay.html 94
