Default Brake noise while stopping

so i bought a 99 civic si, and the brakes were making a weird grinding sound when i would stop, so i put new rotors and pads on the front. after two days the sound is back, ,only a little lighter.

Any ideas?

The caliper pins could be seizing up. The boots could be torn and allowing junk to get in and cause them not to slide properly.
