Can't be done, not without swapping the tranny, intake manifold and throttlebody and adding in a manual kickdown cable anyway. This assuming its for a D-series B-series is a little different.

Doesn't work that way for an automatic. OBD1 D-series tranny has 2 lockup solenoids, and a manual kickdown cable thats it. OBD2 D-series tranny has 2 lockup solenoids, 2 shift solenoids, 1 linear solenoid, mainshaft speed sensor and a countershaft speed sensor. The OBD1 ECU just doesn't have the circuitry to control the extra solenoids and sensors on the OBD2 tranny.

No problem, unless you have some physical disability that prevents you from running a 5 speed theres really no reason not to. Honda automatics are geared pretty craptasticly and aren't know for being overly tough.

No, its got to be there, JDM ECU may not look for it, but JDM automatics are different (more like an OBD1 tranny) so again you can't use the ECU.
