No. Generally speaking, you have to match the rods to the crank.
LS rods -LS crank
B16B rods- B16B crank

a b16b crank is essentially the same as an integra type-r crank or a gsr crank. it is balanced and lightened, but the b16b motor is basically a de-stroked 1.8 liter as far as i know. the rods and pistons are very unique.

This will not work, B16B crank will only work in a 1.8/2.0 block. The B16B block is the same deck height as a B18C....Actually the B16B and B18C blocks are the same exact block. B16B and B16A blocks are different deck height therefore the crank will not swap.
You can put it in an LS or b20 so long as you have the matching rods/crank.
My old B20 had an ITR crank/rod setup in case someone wants to say it won't work.

Now you know, and knowing is half the battle

FYI, B16B crank is not the same as a GSR or ITR. Different rod/stroke, only the same block. In case you do make the mistake of swapping a B16B crank into a B16A block, the pistons will extend out of the cylinders and hit the head....it won't even turn over

to correct yal, the b16b crank has the same exact stroke as the b16a crank(77.4mm)
theoretically it would work with the b16a length rods in the b16a block, but you have to account for the fact the the b16b came with the newer thinner "big end" design of the gsr/itr rods so the fatter b16a rods will not bolt up to the ctr crank.

now if you get a custom rod then problem solved, but not worth the time IMO
