Default HELP! 00 ITR clutch issues

So last night, I noticed when I'm down shifting, the clutch engages after I'm fulling off the clutch. About a second after. Later on at a red light, I go to take off in first gear and the clutch point is very low. As I get going, and fully off the clutch pedal now, I feel the clutch engage about a second afterwards. I get sticky/hard shifts throughout all the gears.

This is coming and going. Sometimes it's perfect adn normal, but more often it's engaging about a second after I'm moving and fully off the clutch pedal.

The fluid is very very very dark, and I don't think it has been changed.. ever..

I reached up the clutch pedal to see if I have any fluids leaking, nothing. CMC seems ok too.

Any ideas? I will be doing a tranny flush aswell as a clutch fluid flush aswell today. Any advice to point me in hte right direction will be great.

is the pedal sticking down? it sound like your clutch slave is leaking. it could be the master cylinder but i've seen more slaves go then masters. you can pull it off of the tranny pretty easily, just two 12mm bolts. when you remove it, pull back the dust boot to see if there's any fluid leaking past the piston seal. you don't have to remove the fluid line to check this so bleeding won't be necessary unless you replace it

Pedal is not sticking down at all. Has pressure through out the entire pedal. It just engages low, and even when i'm off the clutch pedal, the clutch feels like it's still engaged for about a second.
