you have the option of using the energy polyurethane inserts which I run and they do help. Sometimes a better option, especially if the motor mounts are really bad are the steel/polyurethane mounts in a 60a hardness rating for street use. Search around, you'll find them.

im using the energy suspension inserts on all 5 mounts in my em1 with highly built b18c....it took a 5 foot piece of pipe to get the motor to move once i put the mounts in....they are damn near solid with all 5 mounts with inserts.

I have my oem gsr mounts filled with 3m window weld which is working very nice. The motor puts out 210whp and with all 5 on the motor seems like its bolted solid to the chassis, yet when its idling doesnt rattle my car apart. I also use a innovative steel/polyurethane mount kit in my boosted civic, which feel very similar to my integra.

I've had the innovative steel mounts on my car for more than three years now. They have held up great.
