Remove A/C, PS, all seats, carpet, door panels, spare tire, jack, heater core, useless bolts, brackets, plastic, door panels....and on and on and on. Why do you want to make it lighter anyways?

pretty much take off anything that can be unbolted, that is not needed. as in 99% of the interior.

Eventually it will be a track car so I am looking for ways to make it lighter vs. adding a whole lot of power

removing a/c, p/s components is a lot of work for 1whp MAX. its easier to remove everything from your trunk and car for the same weight reduction.
