96 accord DX with car off key out the heater controls lights still stay on. If I don't turn off the blower fan that stays running also. Seems like no one posts a fix just a problem. Pulling the number 8 fuse does nothing also.

I narrowed it down to a bad ignition switch because I noticed it will act diffrent if I mess with the key, I'm gonna go to the pick and pull and grab abunch of parts this weekend. Ill post back if it fixes it when I change it.

 

Did you ever figure out if it was the ignition switch?
