hello, I have a 1992 honda civic lx sedan. has a/c, electric everything, all the works except the sun roof and fog lights lol. here is the problem. my climate control panel stays active (lights stay on) and the blower fan switch works perfect. the problem is that this is true with the key off and out of the ignition. ???? help??? the fan switch tested fine, maybe the blower resistor? what would cause this? none of the other ignition functions seem to be working with the "key off"
