Default A D16ZC SWAP GONE WRONG - no spark or fuel

I need help finding why i can't get spark or fuel. From the motor i swap! the motor is a D16zc off of a 95 civic Ex v-tec.
Its in a 97 EK9 civic hatch now. I got every things for the swap i need. But it still wont run. I Got a OBD2 to OBD1 ECU JUMPER HARNESS also OBD2 to OBD1 distributor jumper harness.
Other then that every thing bolt up and plug up! I got a 95 civic ECU that came with the motor. I check all the grounds! but all of them are good.

yea could be the relay if you're not getting fuel.

not getting spark = dizzy, wires, or plugs most likely. Are you sure that you are not getting spark?

Also, you stated you have a d16zc from a 95 ex? i am guessing you meant d16z6
