Please Help, Side Marker Wiring Problems
Hello guys here i am to bother ...
well i have read many post on how to wire the Stanley side markers on a 91 EF but i believe im doing something wrong. First question... my side markers consist of two wires a black one and a green one... which is ground ??
My bigger problem is that i tried to wire with the third option (jdm style) and its not working properly. It only works when i have my turn signal but when ,my lights or corner lights are on the side markers turn off .. why? I have them wired from the corner lights is that ok ?? Please comment back i will greatly appreciate it thx!!

Ok well the corner lights have four wires right ?? Red, Green, (2) black, Ima try to exchange the wires on my side markers to see if it will make a change... But can it just not stay on and only blink if my corner lights or head lights are on ??
I'm pretty sure it is ?? When I connect the wires back I just use electrical tape, should I use something else??

Electrical tape.... at least buy some butt connectors... or even heat shrink.... perhaps you are grounding out on your exposed wires... I have never had issues with my sidemarkers... on any of my cars... just be smart about what you are doing.
I figured it out lol My bad I felt a little dumb for a second or two but its all good the wiring that is posted is wrong... i did a different type of wiring and its working now thx
