because a lot of pullouts have the downpipe torched in favor of unbolting, junkyards tend to take motors out the easy way: the torch way. JDM hondaparts may have happened to have an LS downpipe laying around, or something that was accidentally incompatible.

Sheng is usually pretty cool in giving breaks. Hit him up. He gave me a free flange once for my jdm header.

ok first of all we all knew XSI and SIR axles wouldn't fit if you didn't know you should have looked harder, you'd need to either rebuild the SIR axles or 90-93 Teg axles. JHP i can almost 100% assure you never told you the axles would fit. They sell the full motor out of the XSI and SIR. :

Plus if you deicided to use 90-93 teg axles you would need a XSI Halfshaft or 90-93 USDM Teg halfshaft. I don't know where you came to the conclusion that the axles and halfshaft that came with the swap would fit.

I just used my XSI axles for cores towards usdm 91 integra axles.... They are exactly the same. I dont know why the XSI axles or intermediate shaft would not work? Seems to be fine in mine. I thought usdm 90-93 was the same as 90-93 xsi??
