2000 CRV will not crank

2000 CRV will not crank
Here's a crazy one.
Car was running fine. Decided to do some maintenance.
Replaced distributor cap and rotor.
After install car will not crank. Turns over fine. Will not fire.
Tested cap and rotor and ICM and Ignitor and all appear to be within spec.
Any suggestions?

I suggest checking the rotor and the cap will do, check if its placed properly. goodluck on the install!
