Default Code 14 bucking at part throttle please help me

Ok I'm getting really irritated my car is either a retard or I am things I've tried/checked

Tps is in spec
Coolant temp sensor is new
Throttle body is clean

Now I just tried a chipped pr4 with my basemap installed on it and my car revs to 2k rpms dunno why (it was a auto ecu if that matters it was chipped by phearble.net)now if I unplug my iacv the idle goes way down(still surges at part
throttle tho)when it is plugged in it won't do it cause it idles
higher than when it usally surges between 1,500-1,600 in
that area

Now my chipped p28 idles fine it just does the same thing
and throws the same stupid code....

Car is a 94 civic ex with a jdm B18C

Maybe your IACV is just bad. Try another one.

For some reason I'm really paranoid about the wiring on this car (mainly due to how the fogs where wired) and a few of the wires by the ecu are reran or cut and spliced...

Also noticed a plug behind the intake hangin that looks just like the iacv plug hmmm

Well the plug is right but why would it idle high with one ecu and not the other?

And it dosent idle higher when cold like normal it'll idle like normal when u first crank it up

I honestly think you should change the IACV and then see how both ECU's make your car act after that. Since you said the ECU's are chipped, the idle change between ECU's might have something to do with the map's you have.

When I did my swap, we forgot to repin the harness for the IACV (3 wire to 2 wire). Well I didn't bother doing it for a long time and just the other day I finally wired up my IACV so that I wouldn't throw a code for it anymore and so that my car would start correctly. My car runs much better now. The point that I'm getting at though, is that when I didn't have my IACV wired up, the car didn't idle high when I started it, it just idled normal when cold started, just like you are describing.

Since you say that your IACV is wired up correctly, I would definitely try swapping it with another to see if that gets rid of the CEL. You said that when you plug in the IACV and unplug it the idle changes, so I assume you have it wired correctly.

With your PR4 ecu, are you allowing the car to warm up to see if the idle comes down from 2k?

Fix the CEL and troubleshoot the ecu issue later.

Its possible that someone flipped the iac and intake temp sensor plug at one point in time and messed up the ecu!
