Try a hardware store bolt, you'll be posting a thread like this.

For the stock engine, the bolt is 14 mm nominal diameter x 1.25 mm pitch. However, I am not sure you will be able to find a tap for this. The normal pitch of a 14 mm metric bolt is 2 mm (coarse) and 1.5 mm (fine). Some Honda literature refers to the crankshaft pulley bolt as a "special bolt" because of the super fine pitch it uses. I think the super fine pitch is why this bolt is so hard to free. Enmeshing occurs.
No offense...but how in the world can someone mess up the threads of a crank? Never mind...I guess that's what happens when lazy folks try to install the crank pulley bolt with an airgun and end up cross-threading the bolt and the threads.
