CA 15x8 ATS Comp Lite Wheels, 13.8lbs, 4x100, 4x108, 30mm offset, MINT! FREE TIRES!
Hello Honda-tech,
I'm new to the community but the reason I registered was quite different. I'd like to share this recent purchase of these wheels and the experience dealing with this particular seller "superpilun". This could as well be a warning for you all when dealing with him!
I'm the one who bought these wheels for our shop car which is being rebuilt at the moment. These wheels have the size, offset, and weight that goes well with our Miata. Thus, we didn't mind paying a bit more for used unit as long as they can be driven on the track.. that was our intention anyway.
However, as soon as we received the wheels, we went to check the balance at another local shop. It turns out that one of the wheels is severely bent/warped and 2 other ones that are slightly bent. They are not even safe to be installed on a car as it will definitely be cause serious vibration, or hopping even, at all speeds.
We even took a video and showed it to him.. here's the video:

We tried to talk it over paypal resolution center but he said they were fine when he drove on them and felt no vibration at all.. and that there is no visible physical damage that he know of. Then after watching the video, the seller only offered taking back the most bent one and refunding $175 to us.. Obviously, we were not very amused with his offer as he was the one who advertised/claimed the wheels as "...They are absolutely mint. There are no scratches or curb marks." Not to mention, wheels that can be driven on is close to nothing of value. Hence, it is logical that we requested a full refund and we'll send the wheels back. Though, he told us that was the last time he will continue his conversation with me. That was the end of our interaction so far...
Curently, I'll only have to leave it to Visa to deal with him in hopes that they will credit us the money back.
Anyhow, this is an unfortunate situation where we have no control over. So please beware of this seller if by chance you might deal with him in the future.
Thanks for reading,
Ken

Ken is misrepresenting some facts here. I sold the wheels to a man named Ocean Wong. About three weeks after I shipped the wheels, I received a notification from papal that the payment was being disputed. Men's claim was that all four wheels were bent and wanted a full refund. Obviously this wasn't the case since I used them myself and would've noticed if all four wheels were bent.
After the video was posted in the papal resolution center, I offered a partial refund of $175. I received an email from Ocean Wong saying he accepted the offer, closed the dispute on papal, and asked me for a shipping address. I gave him my address and also offered $125 if he wanted to keep the wheel and have it professionally repaired/straightened. I received no response.
This morning fed-ex delivered all four wheels. They were horribly packaged with cardboard ends and nothing but three loops of tape holding each pair of wheels together. The centercaps of the wheels are all missing, which I'm guessing either ken or ocean has.
Good thing I didn't send the refund right away, since apparently they are filing for a chargeback.
I would like my centercaps back please.

Hello again,
Finally, after a few phone calls with Ocean and series of messages with me via Gmail, we've finally come to an agreement. Things are being resolved as we hoped, that is until the refund really clear on Tuesday or so...
By here, I would like to express our appreciation for those who are concerned about us. BUT please DO NOT attempt anything irrational on this person. I started this thread solely to inform you guys about these bent wheels; it is all for a good-cause! Hence, We do not wish him any harm or anyone held responsible for any of the possible thread made to the seller. Now that everything is being resolved in a classy and rational manner, which we have been intented from the beginning, we are definitely somewhat reliefed. Other than that, we'll have to confirm the money to be transfered over on Tuesday.
He also said the wheels are already being fixed, for the record.
Thank you all once again!

Hey guys, I am the original seller of the wheels here. I just want to give you guys an update and let you guys know that a full refund has been made to Ocean, the purchaser of these wheels, and Ken, who helped find these wheels and facilitated with the transaction is also aware of this refund. This refund should have gone back to Ocean's credit card by now, or should be shortly. See below.

I had the one bent wheel straightened at Performance Wheel Repair in Walnut, CA, the day after receiving them back from Ocean. You can view all four wheels spinning in this video below for your reference. The first wheel is the one that has been repaired.

If anyone local to the Chino Hills area is interested in these, I am willing to let these go for $490, to reflect the condition of the one repaired wheel, and the other three wheels, which I believe are still in great condition. As before, I recommend not using the tires that are on them, since one or more may have flat spots, two have cuts to the exterior rubber on the sidewall, and one has a puncture repair. I am still waiting on Ocean to send me the centercaps, since he is waiting for the funds to go back to his credit card company before sending them, so he should be sending them any day now. If you need the wheels before I get them, then I can give the centercaps to you as soon as I get them.
If you're interested, you can PM me here.
