Default Itr Valves

Hey guys, I've searched but couldn't find my answer. I recently blew my B16a2 block and was able to buy a GSR block with SRP pistons, So I'm going to use my B16 head. I bought ITR cams, valves, dual springs and retainers.
My question is, Can I just install these parts to the B16 head? Or do I need to make changes to the head? I also know if I put this head on, it will lower the compresion.
Thanks

The itr components will go right in with no problem. Every thing should go together with no problems

You should have the valve guides checked for wear and clearance on the new valves as well as a new valvejob done.
