Default what tq should the head stud be?

just did a head job on the civic. i am planning on reusing the stock head studs.
what is the recommended tq from the mnfg on these?
what should i tq them down with now?

its a 2002 civic ex d17
the car is completely stock.
no overheating problems. so no warpage or anything of the sort.
i heard that as long as the car is stock i can reuse the stock head studs once more.

have you measured the strech on the bolts? if not then do so, if you can't find the measurment here or online reply back and i'll post it from the ETM for you, but rule of thumb those bolts are always crap
