Default Help! check engine light p1337!

Heres whats going on i got a ref ticket a few weaks back, i got a 98'' gsr with a factory new 99'' spec usdm ITR swap from the dealer with a obd2a 98'' spec usdm ITR ecu. I got only a aem cai on thats its all stock, i got this dumb p1337 code. at first the obvious was to replace the crank sensor cause i thought it was bad so i replaced it with a new oem one and still had the code, looked again and saw the sensor plug was dangling to close to the belts and got shredded, so i used some electric connectors and cut away the ripped wire and connected it up, there was both ends of the plug ripped both on the engine harness side and both wires on the crank sensor wires, but after connecting them up i still have the code, now im confident i connected the wires right and im stumped! im wondering if it has anything to do with these things:
first im using a suposally a 01'' spec ITR engine harness so i think its obd2b! there was a tach problem when i swaped the motor in i had solved it by connecting a wire into the dizzy plug on the harness side and snaked it to the driver side where the harness connects towards the firewall to the cluster.
Im using a b16 dizzy and i dont know the year its from but everything works just fine and the car has 100% power no issues. But im thinking what if its not a obd2a dizzy! would this cause the p1337 code to come on! i read that the dizzy has a sensor associated with the crank sensor.
sorry if all this is confusing but i need this fixed asap, i read you can bypass it but im not sure if that will slide at the reff inspection. also have p0172 and p0170 but i think its cause im still running a walbro 255 fuel pump, i replaced the first o2 sensor and cleared the code but it came back later on so im thinking its the fuel pump. so i think puting my oem fp will solve that.

what the hell does this code mean? where is the crank fluctuation sensor? i know im using a obd2b harness cause i dont have the blue wire thats for the tach on the harness! running the motor on a 98'' spec itr ecu, but i dont think thats my problem i think it has to do with my dizzy! i read that sensor is found in the dizzy..any one know whats causing this code to pop??

update fixed, i had a obd1 crank gear so it had no sprocket to give the signal to the sensor. also had some damaged injectors replaced that and the fuel pump to a oem pump annd everything seems good.
