Default Oxygen Sensor Heater (Check Engine Code 41)??? NEED HELP PLEASE!!!

I recently swapped a JDM B18C R motor into my 2000 SI. However, the harness on the B18 was JDM (backwards of USDM, obviously), so I used my stock B16 wiring harness. I'm throwing check engine code 41, which I discovered is the oxygen sensor heater. What symptoms would I look for with a problem like this/ what would cause this code to be thrown? Also, I can only rev to 6700... I have no clue what the problem could be with either of these things.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks.

As h22bb1 stated check the wires, I had the same code turned out one of the wires was pulled out the plug easy fix.

IF it all the wires look fine then get a new o2sensor for it. 4wire one.

check for voltage and resistance in the o2. either the o2 is bad, electrical issue, or ecu. check all those things.
